Can SOUTH SHORE LAUNDRY process all of our laundry requirements including guest valet?

Yes. Our location services many industries including physical therapy offices, hair salons, medical offices, gyms, golf courses and more. We process clothing, towels, linen, terry, robes, garments, table linen, guest valet, and specialty items.

What is the turnaround time for our pick up items?

24 hours — we provide daily service 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year to all of our customers.

How will our merchandise be kept separate from other accounts?

Each of our accounts have different specifications for their merchandise. We process each business as a separate batch each day.

Does SOUTH SHORE LAUNDRY have a Quality Assurance program in effect?

We absolutely do! We take samplings of our production at various times throughout the day. Using a “point” system to score defects, we identify problem areas and determine actions required to correct unacceptable defects.

How long has SOUTH SHORE LAUNDRY been in operation?

We began service in 1995.

How much will the service cost?

Pricing is determined on a number of factors. The size of the pick up lots, merchandise specifications, and daily usage are the major considerations that will determine total laundry cost.

Does SOUTH SHORE LAUNDRY require a written service agreement?

Typically no — but we'd be happy to provide one if needed.
